Use this template to when conducting DTR with your project partners. It’s recommended that you copy/paste this template into your own gist each time you conduct a DTR to take notes on the conversation.
Guiding Questions to Define The Relationship:

- Lauren- commuting from Boulder- minimum of an hour that you can't do anything each day. No later than 9 ending in evening, mentor tonight.
- Nico- Harder work earlier and then more repetetive tasks later in the day or when we start to get tired.
- Kelley- Start to fade around 7 at night if we are working on hard work during the day... More busy work can be done later.
- What is your style for giving feedback? Does anything ever hold you back from giving feedback?
- Where do you feel you could use improvement in your technical skills, as they relate to this project? How can our team help support you in improving these skills?
- Kelley - getting better with some of these newer testing technicques, rebasing
- Nico - get rebasing, gaps in the rails knowledge
- Lauren - not great at model and method testing, front-end skills!
- How do you want the group to solve problems when members run into issues with features of the project?
- Coming together and trying to solve the problem as a group and then using resources from there. Check-ins hourly if we are working separately
- How do you know if a project is successful? How can we achieve that as a group?
- Nico - less about the grades and more about do I feel like a stronger developer between now and the end of the project
- Lauren - balance of feeling like I did enough things to feel like I met a standard, acheived my goals and learned how to do it.
- Kelley - contributions are reflected in the project and not being a burden to other teammates.
