Sometimes when sending a payment it sends OK and the balance updates correctly but there is no record of the transaction in 'Recent transactions' on the Overview screen or under the 'Transactions' tab. This seems to have been occurring since version 2.2.3 and still persists in 2.2.4 on Windows 10

You can probably find it in the transactions list but with the wrong date stamp. If so, it's a known issue that is scheduled to be fixed with the next major release and the more orphan (red colored) transactions you have, the more likely it is to happen. If you wish to fix your transaction history now, you can click to use the "Tools" -> "Wallet Repair" -> "Recover transactions 1" tool.
