by using checkCoorthologsRef, it worths to know if the added ortholog is directly accepted or its re-blasted hit is co-ortholog to reference sequence
E.g.
abc|00 or abc|10 <- orthologous to ref. seq.
abc|01 or abc|11 <- orthologous to "co-orthologs" of ref. seq.
