We would like to freeze the question description and response options for the matrix question type so that when users scroll through the matrix, they can still see the question description for the matrix as well as the response options.

As an example, this
mat_q1
matrix initially appears like this
mat
however, when the user scrolls down, the header and answer choices are no longer visible
mat_scroll_down

To make it easier to fill out the survey, we would want the header and answer choices to still be visible.
