Again, I'm not a real world cw contest operator because I'm learning. but I get a call wrong. Let's say W1AW is calling me. I type W2 and only hear static. If I erase the 2 and send "W?" shouldn't all the W's respond again? Instead, I have to send NIL to get everyone to call me again.

Maybe, this doesn't happen on the air. Please let me know..
