admin-fe gets 500 errors since installing Mangane

Specifically the "frontends" page (haven't checked every single page) but since I can access other frontends via /web I should still want the ability to modify those settings there. Not to mention I would like to be able to switch the primary should I need to using the admin panel since going into the database for that is annoying.
