Table borders missing in all formats #184

Description

The border="1" attribute was stripped out of the table markup in this recent update, which means tables no longer have borders.

Expected behaviour

I expect that the Open Textbooks theme would give tables a border by default in all export formats and the webbook. Example:

Actual behavoiur

Tables no longer have borders. See https://pressbooksdev.bccampus.ca/testing/chapter/chapter-1/

Add table when using the open textbooks theme.
