Ubuntu 20.04
Intel i5 Processor
6GB DDR4 RAM
TPM 2.0
200GB Storage.

So it seems when you press “Let’s a go!” (Start button) it shows you an error. This cannot be passed and it triggers HStop, stopping the downgrading process.
