[Question/Feedback]: Missing "Deploy-*" json files for some services

Description

Why for some services the "Deploy-*" json files are missing in the repo?

For example, for KeyVault, there are 5 alerts deploy files at this location https://github.com/Azure/azure-monitor-baseline-alerts/blob/main/services/KeyVault/vaults/

But for services like ContainerApps, APIM, LogicApps, etc... the deploy file is not provided.
For example

• ContainerApps https://github.com/Azure/azure-monitor-baseline-alerts/tree/main/services/App/containerApps
• APIM https://github.com/Azure/azure-monitor-baseline-alerts/tree/main/services/ApiManagement/service
• LogicApps https://github.com/Azure/azure-monitor-baseline-alerts/tree/main/services/Logic/workflows

Hi Massimo -

The "Deploy-*" JSON files in the repo today were generated as part of the scripting work for the ALZ pattern and was not implemented as a feature across all the services represented in AMBA. There is an item on the backlog to extend this feature to all services (like Bicep and ARM), but I don't have an ETA for this just yet.
