Deploy extras/terraform-azurerm-aistudio and try to use AIServices Real-time speech to text

Any log messages given by the failure

Unable to contact server. StatusCode 1006.

Expected/desired behavior

Should not fail.

Workaround is to enable public access for AIServices.
