Add Apple Pencil integration

What

It is possible to add in pencil support via PencilKit and maybe supporting some form of blobs in the backend. This isn't trivial, I can imagine it's pretty tough.

Why

I prefer SimpleNotes over GoodNotes, but GoodNotes offers pretty good Apple Pencil support, but it isn't available on Linux. I wonder if we can bring this to the iOS. There is a similar request for the electron app and I imagine it requires quite some work across all clients.
