Request to Disable Reader Activation in Newspack Plugin

I would like to request a feature to disable the "reader activation" option in the Newspack plugin. Currently, it seems to be enabled by default, which may not be suitable for all users. Having an option to easily disable this feature would enhance customization and usability.

Use Case: Many publishers may prefer not to utilize the reader activation feature, and providing an option to disable it would improve user experience.

Documentation Issue: I have searched the documentation but could not find any information on how to disable this feature. If there is an existing method to do so, please point me to the relevant documentation.

Additional Notes: If possible, please provide guidance on how to implement this change or if it can be included in future updates.
