Enhance M-Bus capabilities #15

In issue #3, the basic M-Bus capabilities were implemented. There are however still some open issues:

most importantly the ability to address devices via there secondary addresses
read multiple answers (some requests yield possibly multiple reply frames.)
how to reduce traffic? and do we need to? (example xml-file-buffering for addresses in interface)
improved error handling
implement the ability to write via M-Bus
