In Arnold 5.1.0 ID AOVs was added to standard_surface and standard_hair.
I didn't implement this as I felt that it would take up too much space on the shader PPG. The proper thing would be to add these settings in it's own tab in the PPG.
So I decided to not implement this until the tabs part of #9 is supported.
