Problem Description

Hello,

apparently there is an issue with exporting IfcReinforcingBar PredefinedType from Revit.
We have tested in 2024 and 2025 too, issue is the same.

In IFC 4 BarRole attribute of [IfcReinforcingBarRoleEnum] has been changed to PredefinedType and [IfcReinforcingBarTypeEnum]

Unfortunately it is not working in IFC export!

Right now only workflow that actually writes PredefinedType into IFC Export is using "USEDDEFINED" + "ObjectType" value in Instances.
Any other enum value (standard ones) or any Revit Type parameters results with "NOTDEFINED" Ifc Exported file.
