working with React v18

Hi, I am using BaseTable in v18. For my use case it works fine but in peer dependencies the versions mentioned are "react": "^16.0.0 || ^17.0.0"

Is it not meant to be used with v18 ?

Can someone from the team please upgrade the React peer dependency version in the package.json ?
Everytime I need to do anything related to npm install I have to add an annoying --legacy-peer-deps flag because of this package.
