Ensure sub-dirs in mounted dirs are accessible on host

Set the 'set-group-id' bit and permissions on the mounted directories for archive, home, etc... so they can be accessed by the launching user since they are created by the root user in Docker

This is the initial release, providing the basic functionality of being able to stand up a test XNAT repository instance inside a single docker container
