Description

Design a Arcana analysis class that implements MR spectroscopy preprocessing and analysis

Benefit Hypothesis

  • If spectroscopy MRI preprocessing is implemented, users with minimal experience with MR spectroscopy analysis could look to add it to their study protocols

Acceptance Criteria

  • Test all analysis pipelines in a testing framework
