Description

A tool to automatically build Docker images containing pipelines that can be run in XNAT's container service from streamlined recipes

Benefit Hypothesis

If there is a method to automatically build XNAT CS Docker images from streamlined recipes, then it will be possible to maintain a large library of pipeline definitions within a git repository. This will facilitate collaborative development pipeline libraries.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Built containers can be installed and run successfully within XNAT's container service
  • Pipelines can be configured
  • Parameters can be passed to pipelines
  • Locations of inputs and outputs can be specified
