Description

As a researcher, I want to skull-strip the T1-weighted anatomical image, to either calculate intracranial volume, or to generate a binary mask to use for registration purposes. deepbet is a cutting-edge brain extraction tool that uses deep learning methods to quickly perform high-precision brain extraction. Acceptance Criteria

  • Given an input T1-weighted anatomical image, when executed, this process will perform skull-stripping using deepbet, and output a binary brainmask as well as the extracted brain image
