Description

Add support to Arcana for Flywheel Gears

Benefit Hypothesis

If support for Flywheel Gears is added to Arcana, then we will be able to share pipeline development with the Australian Epilepsy Project and the wider Flywheel community

Acceptance Criteria

  • 1. Arcana can read/write to Flywheel using Flywheel's REST API
  • 2. Docker build can create images that can be run as gears
