Description

Support running BIDS apps in group-level mode (i.e. over whole project)

Benefit Hypothesis

If the deployment framework can support group-level BIDS apps, all BIDS app features can be supported by the deployment framework.

Acceptance Criteria

  • 1. Group-level BIDS apps can be run within framework

Stories

  • Support project-level XNAT CS pipelines in deployment framework
  • Create multi-subject BIDS apps on the fly
