Description

Implement task interfaces for MRtrix3 commands in Pydra

Benefit Hypothesis

If Pydra task interfaces are implemented for MRtrix3 then they will be able to be used in the design of Arcana analysis classes for DWI analysis.

Acceptance Criteria

  • All MRtrix3 commands are implemented in Pydra (this could be renogiated)
