To simplify the web page design and automation the site will be migrated back to Jekyll.
An Action will be utilised to allow the use of submodules to consolidate project repo docs/ folders.
Jekyll Collections will be used to integrate the content from each submodule site.
Jekyll Default settings will be configured to ensure correct front matter is applied to each collection.

This will help to remove Go language module workarounds in the current Pages deployment and implement a simpler framework for easier long term support. It will also make each docs/ folder in the submodules simpler as Go modules are no longer the import functionality.

NB: there will be some loss of functionality, however, it does not appear to have a significant impact on this site.
