Project Status

Version 2 has been officially released. It was rebuilt using PHP 5.3 as its base but it will still run on PHP 5.2.17. If you have any issues operating the library please post a new issue.

Requirements

• PHP 5.2 (Recommended 5.3+)

Extras you might need:

• Bzip2 - Used for A2S Compressed responses (http://www.php.net/manual/en/book.bzip2.php)
• Zlib - Used for AA3 (before version 3.2) compressed responses (http://www.php.net/manual/en/book.zlib.php)

Known Issues & Solutions

GameQ is meant to be used by server administrators that have direct control or the ability to access and manage the servers and networks used by the servers being queried. Using GameQ to query other servers may not be as consistent as expected cause by network routing issues and firewalls blocking query ports. For some common issues and possible solutions please see the following list:

• Socket open Error creating socket to server
• GameQException with message length OOB
