Remove webservice.apiKey config in both hub and service.
Set webservice.jwt-include-legacy-headers to false.

@nickdos unfortunately, no. We have got to a point where profile hub and service do not require API keys to function. But my concern are its dependent systems. I think it will be more making the above changes and testing to see if the system works.
