MERIT doesn't want to import targeted species, or species used as a bait for example, only species that have been observed.

  • start & end dates are extracted correctly from protocols - plot layout and visit, Vertebrate Fauna - Bird Survey
  • Target field other_target_species.other_species get automatically tagged as species data type. Overwrite it.
  • Do not create record for species with name "Other"
