Homepage stats issue

Currently one of the checks that the homePageStats service makes, is throwing an error (logger check). This is causing the entire service to error but it should be catching that exception and returning values for the remaining checks that do work.

• Fix the code so that any child calls to not prevent the call from providing values for remaining children calls.
