The "Datasets" box on BIE species pages shows the number of datasets including records for a particular species, and links to the "Data partners" tab to show where records have come from. For a species with zero records in the ALA, this displays incorrectly (does not show "0" for number of datasets), and the Data partners link is a bit redundant.
Show "0 datasets have provided..." for species with no records (instead of no number at all)
Hide the "Browse the list of datasets..." link and paragraph for species with no records to avoid showing essentially a redundant link - important because especially on a species page with no records, users are going to look for any other sources of information they can find.
