Different Query URLs for species list are used on Alerts test and prod #328

Alerts-test uses the following query:
https://lists-test.ala.org.au/ws/speciesList?max=10&offset=0

Alerts-prod uses the following query:
https://collections.ala.org.au/ws/dataResource?resourceType=species-list

Could you clarify which query we are currently using or plan to use in production?

@adam-collins mentioned that the query used in the test environment is the source of truth. Could you please confirm this again?
