For Biosecurity Alerts

We have an example of one species with 16 LGAs to query within - while we know it's possible to combine multiple areas into one fq query, this request is for more testing / analysis of the upper limit for this approach, before a different approach should be taken.

Alternatives might include:

no limit, just test if it fits in browser
