Remove current autocomplete component dependency and replace with jQuery-UI component

It is declared in AlaWebThemeResources.groovy like this:

Not only this is a deprecated widget but also make more difficult the upgrade of jQuery-UI versions because we have to download a customized version that does not include the autocomplete widget because they will conflict with each other.

This is somehow related to issue #16
