Article buttons on feed row

I would like these buttons:

A button for each feed's article: "read", "star", "tag", "share", "open link in new tab".

Somewhere in the feed table row:

Also, when the article is open, keep the buttons on the article row visible, and not placed at the bottom of the article (like they currently are).

I don't want to have to open the article to mark something.
