Telegram Bot Integration

I use my RSS feed as a way to pass information into a Telegram Bot that then notifies me of any new entries.

Describe the solution you'd like
This is best done by Miniflux (https://miniflux.app/docs/telegram.html), a simple integration with the user being able to fill in bot token and chat ID would be perfect.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatives involve running another layer that would parse new RSS entries and convert them into Telegram notifications requiring you to run additional software.

Additional context
While I realise Comma's goal is to stay bloat-free, so is Miniflux's. From what I understand this is just enabling people to conveniently and easily use the software, without bloating or slowing it down for the users who don't necessarily need the feature. And while, yes, the obvious solution to this is "just use Miniflux", it would be incredible to have this functionality in Comma as I really like how the reader feels otherwise.
