AtChem is a modelling software based on the web application AtChem online. It is designed to run the Master Chemical Mechanism (MCM, http://mcm.leeds.ac.uk/MCM/), but it can be used with any chemical mechanism that uses the same format.

AtChem is open source. Bug reports, suggestions and contributions are welcome.
