Remove footer and introduce a simple nav bar.

As the project needs a login, profile, problem status, etc. section, it needs to have a clear nav to navigate through signup, login, profile, etc.
In my opinion, removing the footer will make the UI more friendly in this case, and at the same time adding a nav bar will open an extension for more features to be integrated.

Can u reduce the size of that big 450 dsa cracker on the top and also remove its fixed property . its frankly annoying .
