/run/dockershim.sock 重建，/run/dockershim.sock: connect: connection refused #4

重启kubelet之后，会重建 /run/dockershim.sock 文件，导致 npu-exporter 一直报连接不上，需要重启才能恢复。

项目中提供的ds中也没存活探针，服务也不会退出，这个需要怎么解决？
