Hi,

I have 3 Vortex AC units (2 from 2016 and 1 from 2022)
I had no issues connecting the ones from 2016 but unfortunately the one from 2022 is not connecting:

Any idea what I can do?

try deleting devices from AC Freedom, and add again only until they connect to your wifi, then cancel. It works for me. You will lose AC Freedom, but this integration is much better

hello,

I have the same symptoms with my AUX 18QC. Unfortunately removing the device from the AC Freedom did not help.

Hi marcoahp,

Yes, that's exactly what I did. AUX device responds correctly on the network.
Maybe version of my broadlink device is not supported by this integration. I'll continue my investigation :)

Hi marcoahp and all,

I've tried several time connect (air conditioner deleted from acfreedom and active in local network) but no positive result so far.
Version of my broadlink module: CTTG-40X24-WIFI-AKS2 and model of broadlink chip: BL1206-P

Has anyone tried (with success) integrate this version of broadlink?
