very interesting, although, fotoindex data that has a ULAN URI should not be using internal URI's. They should only use internal ones when there is no ULAN URI, since all of these were reconciled.

Although, if we use ulan URI instead of internal FotoIndex ID, there would be an issue with works, since the works are connected with the artists through the internal FotoIndex ID.
