Add a table of automations in the README.md

Current Behavior

README.md only lists some of the automatons under "some notable projects" section.

Expected Behavior

README.md should contain a table listing all the automation in the repository ( stored in /Automations sub directory ) with their original creators.

something like this

S.No.	Automation	Creator
1.	File Rename Automation	MFM-347
2.	automation 2	Creator 2

2. If due to some reason the creator's name is not available then please leave it empty. ( I will try to fill it later)
