Support multiple custom wz encryptions

HaRepacker/HaCreator would have a button to open a popup to add, remove, edit. Have the list on the left. Would just base that popup off the current one since it wouldn't be needed

Can store in config
WzEncryptionTypeHelper can be adjusted to handle custom options
Make sure auto detect attempts them

1 problem is the use of WzMapleVersion, will have to do some lookup if its "CUSTOM" to get the values required.
