Repairs above 40 levels should display their actual cost

Feature description

The Anvil Master ability allows you to bypass the maximum anvil repair cost of 40 levels. With a vanilla client, repairs above 40 levels (but which still respect the Anvil Master limit) still show "Too Expensive!" but allow you to take the resulting item. This means the actual repair cost is not visible anywhere.

I suggest adding a bossbar or chat message when a repair like this is about to be made, to give players more information on their repairs. Thanks for your time.

Jikoo somehow managed to do this in combination with ProtocolLib. You can even use their code as mentioned in the comment here

I'd love to see this added as it would mean I would no longer need AnvilUnlocker installed :P
