[ DIMENSIONS ] Notes and improvements

Adding dimensions to shapes is still pretty awkward. Some issues:

• Dimensions overlap with shape because offset is not smart to make sure it is outside a 2D/3D shape
• Dimensions are now always parallel to Line. Sometimes it's handy to have a orthogonal dimension line: Make it an option?
• Dimension powertools: We now have ShapeCollection.autoDim() that generates dimension along lines (levels). Good to move that to Annotator itself and introduce more convenience functions. For example for dimensioning all outlines of 2D/3D shapes and (o)bbox sides. Trace back from ways of making certain shapes: like cutting.
