[STORY] Look into autogenerating Zenodo references on pipeline updates

Description

As a pipeline developer, I would like a citable reference to be automatically created for each pipeline added to the pipelines library, so that users can be directed to cite the pipeline in their publications. It would be great to have a citable reference for every pipeline that is deployed using Arcana.

Acceptance Criteria

• When a new pipeline specification is added to the repository a script runs to either generate a new Zenodo reference or create a template that can be edited and manually uploaded

Notes

I'm not sure what the process for creating a Zenodo reference is, but if we can generate one from the pipeline configurations every time the version is updated that would be ideal. If this ends up being a semi-automated process then that is okay.
