* Make Arch-Update also look in XDG_DATA_HOME/XDG_DATA_DIRS for translation files and example config

This commit aims to make Arch-Update also look in XDG_DATA_HOME/XDG_DATA_DIRS for translation files and example config (instead of assuming the `/usr` or the `/usr/local` prefix during install).
