Should '$paper-height' be '%paper-height'?

This should be "%paper-height". An phrase "%paper-height" will be replaced by "ahf:getAttributeSetWithPageVariables" function to the actual page height that is selected from <variable name="Paper_Info" delim="[,\s]+">. This is the special case.
