Received an unlinkable block as the first block when connecting and then again when trying to sync. When it reconnected, it could not start syncing because it thought it was still syncing (was in lib_catchup).

debug 2024-08-01T18:32:31.485 net-3     net_plugin.cpp:2233           start_sync           ] ["localhost:9878 - 2667297" - 2 127.0.0.1:9878] already syncing, start sync ignored
