Get Integrity Hash Timeout for Leap 4.0.4

/producer/get_integrity_hash timed out on nodeos 4.0.4, but did not timeout in nodoes 5.0.0-rc2. Error on the timeout was

Steps to reproduce

• restore from snapshot (v6 snapshot from eos nation)
• run /producer/get_integrity_hash

[ericpassmore]

closing will increase timeout as needed.
