Node Operators need a way to repair a SHiP logs with corrupted blocks.

Options:

do nothing
prevent corrupted ship logs... somehow
add --ship-force-write to nodeos as @heifner says in Tool to repair blocks in State History logs #1593.
add a leaputils tool to split a ship log
add a leaputils tool to repair a ship log (example: repair ship block ranges 500-1000)

Other feature ideas:

parallelize the repair process
Replace SHiP with something like Firehose
