I'm loving these Mountain Goat wheels for rovers, but when trying to use a built rover as a payload, I often need to rotate the entire rover to fit it in my spacecraft. When rotating these wheels, or the craft attached to these wheels, they always face down which breaks the rover's functionality. It would be nice if these wheels could be allowed to rotate upside down so they can be packed into spacecraft easier.

I'm also having trouble sending any Buffalos to space because of this. When I try to attach the Mountain Goat wheels in VAB, they end up upside down (in relation to the rover, which is facing upwards). They're fine if I build in SAH, but only because the rover faces forwards there.

Trying to manually rotate them doesn't work. I've noticed that when the wheels should be pointing north, they flip themselves over and end up facing south, clipping into the rover. It doesn't matter whether I use the rotate tool or the wasdqe keys.

If you use the rotate tool, you can sometimes get them facing the right way, but when you try to drive they'll clip through the ground and just spin as though the game still thinks they're upside down.

It basically means you can't send Buffalos to space with rockets. I'm nowhere near far enough through the tech tree to use a spaceplane to launch one.
